Recently God brought to mind a forgotten prayer from long ago. My daughter and I have attended Mother/Daughter functions in the past. Some were good. Some... well... I left wanting MORE.
I don't mean to be critical - but I craved HELP with this thing called "parenting" and "marriage." I longed to leave with PRACTICAL tools I could use in everyday life - all bathed in God's Word - so I could GROW spiritually.
And I wanted my daughter to leave with practical everyday help with issues such as friendship and what a true friend is at her age. Oh, and please - don't speak to her with big religious words she won't understand. Speak to her in her language - using the Bible as the guide so she can GROW spiritually!
Little did I know, God was sowing in my heart a need MANY WOMEN have. Although this is not an exclusive Mother/Daughter conference - it's open to any woman. We recommend 6th grade and older. (However, I will be bringing my 5th grader. She's mature enough to handle the keynote sessions and going to a breakout on her own. My choosing of course!) It's YOUR call, Mom!
THEREFORE, it is my delight to introduce to you the PRACTICAL EVERYDAY LIFE HELP - straight from the Word of God you will receive at the Making a Difference Conference.
